ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Parliament President Marlon Sneek has expressed his gratitude to teachers across Aruba, thanking them for their dedication and wishing them a well-deserved school vacation after another academic year.
Speaking in an interview with Matutino DIARIO, Sneek acknowledged the important role teachers play in shaping the country’s future, describing teaching as one of the most valuable and challenging professions.
He noted that educators face increasing challenges due to changing social conditions and rapid technological developments, making their commitment to guiding and educating young people even more significant.
Sneek encouraged teachers to use the school break to rest, recharge and return with renewed energy for the next academic year. He also expressed appreciation for their continued efforts in helping prepare Aruba’s future generations and supporting the development of Papiamento in education.
