Last Friday evening marked an important milestone for the students of Colegio EPI, who organized a full dinner service as part of their Culinary Examination.

Guests invited to the event were highly impressed. Among them was AHATA CEO Tisa LaSorte, who praised the quality of the dishes presented during the buffet-style exam, describing the experience as incredible.

One of the standout students was Dylan Cardona, also a member of the Aruba Culinary Team, who prepared an unforgettable cabrito stoba (goat stew), earning special recognition for his work.

According to LaSorte, the fourteen students who participated in the exam were full of energy, worked diligently, and demonstrated exceptional talent.

At the end of the evening, AHATA presented all fourteen students with a gift and sponsored their uniforms for the exam, adding an extra layer of encouragement for these young culinary professionals.
