Giovanni and Giordano Bermudez of SafeCom Security NV have completed a course that prepares professionals to become certified internship trainers.
Plataforma Educacion y Labor, known as PEL, provided the “PEL Certified Internship Trainer” course. The program is designed to help workplace professionals guide students more effectively during internships.
Course emphasizes learner-centred training
The course focuses on the shift from traditional training methods toward approaches centred on learning. It emphasizes the importance of giving interns useful workplace experience while helping them apply what they have learned in the classroom.
