SANTA CRUZ (AAN) – Retired Aruba Police Force officer Jacinto “Chin” Kelly recently visited Police Commissioner Ramon Arnhem to share his experience and discuss the development of the Aruba Police Force (KPA).
Kelly, who began his policing career in 1982, dedicated more than 40 years of service to the police force before retiring.
During the visit, Commissioner Arnhem welcomed Kelly and expressed appreciation for his longstanding commitment to the KPA and the Aruba community.
Arnhem said the police force values the contributions of retired officers, noting that the doors of the KPA remain open to former colleagues whose knowledge and experience continue to benefit the organization.
