ORANJESTAD (AAN) – The 16th Aruba International Regatta concluded successfully at Surfside Beach, attracting strong participation from local and international sailors across multiple sailing categories.
The three-day event welcomed competitors from Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and the wider region, featuring races for Optimist, SailQube, F11, Beachcats, Sunfish, Laser, Yacht Racing, Yacht Cruising, Multihull and Wingfoil classes. A miniature boat race was also held.
SETAR NV, a long-time strategic partner of the Aruba Regatta Foundation, continued its support by providing communication services for the event.
Organizers said the regatta remains committed to encouraging children and young people to participate in sailing and helping develop the next generation of athletes in Aruba.
