Cas di Cultura has reflected on the success of the Battle of the Bands 2026, an event that brought the local rock community together at Centro di Bario Noord. The evening featured competitive live performances and attracted more than 300 attendees. The atmosphere highlighted the community’s continued support for live music and platforms showcasing local talent.
Four bands took to the stage: Red Rush, Santanero, Aletheia, and Mono Tone. Following a night of strong performances, Red Rush was declared the absolute winner. This marked the first time the band had entered the competition. Their prizes included Afl. 5,000 for equipment at Cliffix and a professional music video produced by The Music Hub. Santanero secured second place and received Afl. 2,500.
Cas di Cultura extended its gratitude to all participating bands, the invited acts, and the judges for their dedication to keeping live music alive on the island. The organization also acknowledged the valuable support of Centro di Bario Noord, Cliffix, and The Music Hub.
