Aruba’s Department of Infrastructure and Planning has issued the 2026 erfpacht payment notices, allowing taxpayers to begin settling this year’s government land-lease charges.
November 13 payment deadline announced
According to 24ora, the Department of Taxes has received the assessment data and is ready to collect the amounts. The notices carry an official assessment date of October 30, 2026, and the final payment date is November 13.
Taxpayers may pay at a Department of Taxes office or use online banking. Questions or objections concerning the assessment itself should be directed to the Department of Infrastructure and Planning, while payment questions are handled by the tax department.
Payment arrangements available through BOi
People who cannot pay the full amount by the deadline are advised to request a payment arrangement as soon as possible. The instructions direct users to the BOi portal, where they can open the payment-arrangement section, select the debts to include and follow the displayed steps.
The portal also provides an account overview for reviewing outstanding amounts before creating an arrangement. Taxpayers should use official government channels to confirm the amount associated with their own leasehold account.
