ORANJESTAD – The Aruba Tourism Authority recently had the honor of recognizing Distinguished Ambassadors of Aruba. This special ceremony was held at the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, where Mr. Cary and Mrs. Corinne Limebeer from Acton, Ontario, Canada, were celebrated for their years of loyal visits to the island.

Honoring Loyal Guests

The honorary certificate was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Limebeer on behalf of the Minister of Tourism, as a token of appreciation for their continued support and love for the island of Aruba. This recognition is part of the Aruba Tourism Authority’s effort to celebrate guests who have visited the island for 10 years, 20 years, or 35 years consecutively.

Levels of Recognition

The three levels of recognition are:

  • Distinguished Visitor (10+ years consecutively visiting Aruba)

  • Goodwill Ambassador (20+ years consecutively visiting Aruba)

  • Emerald Ambassador (35+ years consecutively visiting Aruba)

Reasons for Returning to Aruba

When asked why they continue to return to Aruba year after year, Mr. and Mrs. Limebeer shared:

  • Aruba’s weather – Consistently perfect, making every visit a sunny escape.

  • Aruba’s relaxation – The island offers an unparalleled sense of calm and tranquility.

  • The people – The warmth and friendliness of the local community make Aruba feel like home.

A Sincere Thank You

On behalf of the Aruba Tourism Authority, Ms. Keyttin Silva presented the certificate, accompanied by staff from Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa. The Aruba Tourism Authority extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Limebeer for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination and for making it their home away from home.

Their dedication to returning to Aruba year after year serves as a testament to the island’s charm, natural beauty, and warm hospitality.
