Aruban kart racer Jaxx Fowler earned a third-place finish during his Panama debut on Saturday, competing with Energy Corse in the Micro category of the Autodromo Winter Series, known as SKAPA.
Fastest lap in difficult conditions
According to 24ora, Fowler entered an unfamiliar circuit in wet and challenging conditions. After using the practice sessions to build his pace, he recorded the fastest lap of the race.
The report said small mistakes affected his momentum and chance of winning, but he completed the first day on the podium in third place. The result gave the young driver a strong start before the second round on Sunday.
Panama debut adds international experience
The Jaxx Fowler Panama debut added another international competition to the Aruban racer’s development. The result was reported on September 6, following Saturday’s opening round.
