Miss Aruba Elizabeth Johnson is continuing her preparations in Spain before representing the island at Miss Universe 2026, scheduled for November 24.
Aruba represented at event in Marbella
Johnson attended the Premios de Juventud in Marbella on September 3, where she appeared on the red carpet and met other participants. She told 24ora that the visit also gave her an opportunity to practice Spanish and build international experience.
Now based in Madrid, Johnson said pageant preparation involves daily work, discipline and rest. Her Elizabeth Johnson Miss Universe preparations will also include appearances at fashion events and other pageant coronations before the global competition.
Experience follows earlier pageant role
Johnson previously represented Aruba as Miss Teen Aruba in 2021. She said living and studying in Madrid has helped her gain independence and experience while preparing for her new role.
