COA training plans for Aruba’s 2027 international delegations were the focus of a workshop held by the Aruba Olympic Committee’s Sports Department with member federations, according to 24ora.
Coaches receive submission documents
Technical director Monica Fajardo explained the documents coaches, technical committees and federations need to complete for athletes being considered. The Sports Department will use the submitted information to evaluate their preparation and development.
Planning includes future youth prospects
The workshop also addressed athletes being developed for future youth and junior events in the 2029–2032 Olympic cycle. Federation boards received a separate document intended to improve coordination and communication on technical sporting matters.
The session included questions from participants. These are preparation and evaluation steps; the report does not announce a final Aruba team or guarantee selection for any athlete.
