Aruba Carnival 2026 cost Afl. 1,011,975 to organize and ended with a surplus of Afl. 121,693, according to annual accounts submitted by the Stichting Maneho di Aruba su Carnaval.
Annual accounts delivered to tourism authority
SMAC president Darren van Ommeren and the organization’s board formally presented the 2025-2026 accounts to the Aruba Tourism Authority. The submission met the deadline established in SMAC’s agreement with the authority.
The Aruba Carnival 2026 finances included support from ATA and private-sector donors, along with ticket sales and pay-per-view revenue. Activities staged at Carnival Village in San Nicolas accounted for more than Afl. 600,000 of the organization’s spending.
SMAC closes period with positive result
ATA chief executive Ronella Croes recognized the organization for completing its responsibilities. The reported surplus was nearly Afl. 122,000 after the season’s expenses were covered.
