60 Artists to Compete for the Soca Monarch 2026 Title

ORANJESTAD (AAN): A total of 60 artists will compete for the prestigious Soca Monarch 2026 title, as the official draw for the Pre-Finals performance order was held at The Casino at The St. Regis Aruba Resort. The event was organized by Setar NV in collaboration with Stichting Musica, fellow sponsors, and members of the press.

As the official sponsor of Carnival and Stichting Musica, Setar NV expressed its pride in once again supporting the Soca Monarch Festival 2026. The company emphasized the importance of preserving Aruba’s cultural heritage and supporting local talent showcased during this iconic competition. Organizers encouraged the community to unite and help make this year’s festival even bigger and more successful.

Following the official draw, the performance lineup for the Pre-Finals was announced.

  1. DURO

  2. Hot Ones Band

  3. Groove Masters

  4. Tsunami

  5. OREO

  6. SUONA

  7. N’Fuzion

Pre-Finals – January 21:

  1. Zeta Band

  2. Buleria

  3. D’Nova

  4. Youth X-Treme

  5. Avanti

  6. Good Times Band

  7. Shine Music

Excitement continues to build as the public anticipates who will be crowned Soca Monarch Queen and Soca Monarch King for Carnival 72. The competition features 14 music bands and a total of 60 artists, all performing at the Aruba Carnival & Entertainment Village in San Nicolas.

Tickets are still available via Pay.aw, priced at 25 florins for a single night or a special package of 35 florins for both Pre-Finals nights.

For those unable to attend in person, viewers can purchase the “Soca in Your Backyard” Pay-Per-View (PPV) package, which includes the Pre-Finals on January 20 and 21, as well as the Grand Final on January 31, 2026. Orders can be placed by messaging Setar via WhatsApp at 525-1002. Online streaming is also available at ppv.setarcode.aw, accessible on smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and computers.
