The Moonwaves Aruba animal welfare event will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, bringing together music, community, and compassion in support of a meaningful cause.
Organized by Spacy Island and Vibes Curated, the beachside event will be held at Armando’s Kite Surf starting at 3:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public, inviting both locals and visitors to enjoy an afternoon of music and connection.
The Moonwaves Aruba animal welfare event aims to raise funds for the Stimami Sterilisami Foundation, which works to improve animal welfare on the island through sterilization programs. The event will feature live performances by Aguilar, Petit, and Angeles, creating a vibrant atmosphere inspired by the island’s energy.
In addition to music, rescue organizations will be present with information, adoptable puppies, and opportunities for donations. All contributions will go toward supporting the foundation’s national sterilization program, which covers 100% of sterilization costs for registered cats and dogs.
Since 2016, Stimami Sterilisami has sterilized over 47,000 animals in Aruba, helping reduce stray populations and improve overall community well-being. The initiative plays a key role in addressing animal overpopulation, neglect, and related health issues.
By attending, participants not only enjoy a lively beach event but also contribute to building a more compassionate and sustainable future for animals in Aruba.
