ORANJESTAD (AAN): The Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce, and Industry (DEACI), through its IDEA unit, is organizing the popular workshop for seniors and those approaching retirement age (60+) for the sixth time.
The workshop is designed for individuals who want to continue using their professional experience in their own business or explore new opportunities. It is also ideal for retirees asking: “How can I start?” or “What can I do now?” Entrepreneurs who already own businesses can benefit from strategies to maintain and grow in line with modern developments.
The two-day workshop will cover:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Participants will explore AI applications and learn how to integrate technology into their business.
- Motivating & Communicating Across Generations: Strategies for effective communication with Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Generation Z, and Xennials.
