Two Injured in Serious Accident in Sero Biento, Aruba
Sunday around 1:30 PM, a serious accident occurred in Sero Biento. At a T-intersection, failure to yield right of way played a major role. Residents heard the screeching of brakes followed by a loud crash. The vehicles involved were a Kia Flatbed and a Nissan Skyline. The impact was severe but the occupants were able to exit the vehicles despite the blows received. Police and ambulances arrived urgently and found people lying on the road. Paramedics immediately began providing assistance and prepared them for transport to the hospital. According to residents, the Flatbed went up the T-road possibly without seeing the Skyline driven by a young man, and due to high speed, crashed into the Flatbed. Residents say the area is dangerous because there is poor visibility for cars coming from the left. Traffic police reportedly used security cameras to resolve the incident.
