Last Thursday, the special commission of the SMAC Foundation, the organization responsible for Aruba’s Carnival, held an important meeting regarding the upcoming Carnival Queen elections scheduled for January 2026.

During this meeting, the commission gathered with the candidates—both adult and youth—and their trainers to answer questions, review the rules, and share the latest updates for Carnival 72.

The anticipation for the upcoming Carnival Queen elections is already in the air. This year’s competition is expected to be highly entertaining, making it well worth attending in person to enjoy the excitement, energy, and emotion that each election brings.
