ELMAR, Aruba’s electricity provider, has announced planned maintenance work in the Janzstraat and Westpunt areas during the week of April 13-17, 2026.
The utility company stated that temporary power outages will be necessary to ensure the safety of both its technical crews and local residents and businesses in the affected areas during the maintenance period.
ELMAR emphasized that the work is part of its ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the reliability of electricity service across the island. The company regularly conducts scheduled maintenance to prevent unexpected outages and ensure consistent power delivery.
