ORANJESTAD – Daniel Alegre Martinez has graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Aruba after successfully defending his thesis on July 14, 2026.
His thesis, titled “Freedom of Religion Within Aruban Employment Relationships, Particularly in Special Education: A Study of the Limits of Good Employer and Employee Conduct Regarding Religious Objections to Work-Related Activities,” examined the balance between religious freedom and employment responsibilities under Aruban labor law.
The examination committee included Dr. C. Bollen, H. Meijer and B. Huiskes.
The University of Aruba congratulated Daniel Alegre Martinez on his academic achievement.
