FCCA Launches ‘Yabi den bo Man’ Campaign for 20 New Homes in Aruba

ORANJESTAD, Aruba – The Fundacion Cas pa Comunidad Arubano (FCCA) has launched its new “Yabi den bo Man” mortgage campaign, offering 20 families the opportunity to become homeowners through a simplified package that includes a newly built house, the land, and a single mortgage. The initiative is designed to make homeownership more accessible by eliminating the need for applicants to secure land, construction financing, and building arrangements separately. Instead, FCCA coordinates the entire process and delivers a fully completed, move-in-ready home.

The campaign includes 17 townhouse-style homes in Rooi Bosal and three detached homes in Shaba. The Rooi Bosal properties are situated on lots ranging from 84 to 245 square metres, while the Shaba homes are built on lots measuring 378 to 388 square metres. Home prices range from Afl. 307,895 to Afl. 366,800 for the Rooi Bosal properties and from Afl. 311,745 to Afl. 324,717 for the Shaba homes. Interested buyers can view all available properties and their details on the FCCA website.

FCCA explained that the “Yabi den bo Man” campaign is intended to simplify the home-buying experience by providing a complete turnkey solution. Qualified applicants will not need to purchase land separately or arrange independent construction financing, as FCCA manages every stage of the process. Once construction is complete, buyers will receive the keys to a fully finished home that is ready for occupancy.

Applications for the campaign will be accepted online only through www.fcca.com beginning Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, making it important for applicants to submit all required documentation at the time of application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. The application period will remain open until Monday, August 31, 2026.

Applicants are encouraged to prepare all necessary documents before the application period opens. Required documents include valid identification for both the applicant and spouse, proof of income according to the applicant’s pay schedule, details of any existing loans, and information regarding any additional income sources. To qualify for an FCCA mortgage, applicants must be residents of Aruba, meet the required financial qualifications, and successfully complete FCCA’s financial screening process.

FCCA said the campaign reflects its ongoing commitment to providing affordable, high-quality housing opportunities for Aruban families. As a non-profit foundation, FCCA reinvests all proceeds into future social housing projects, meaning every successful home purchase helps support additional housing opportunities within the community. Residents seeking more information are encouraged to visit www.fcca.com or contact FCCA Customer Service at 522-3222.
