Quota International of Aruba, in partnership with Fundacion FEPOH, has donated Redcat LightSpeed Classroom Audio systems to ten schools on the island. The official handover ceremony occurred on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the Sala Diamante at the Biblioteca Nacional Aruba.
This donation was made possible through funds raised by Quota International of Aruba during the annual carnival season via the sale of earplugs. The organization used these proceeds to supply the modern audio systems, which are specifically designed to enhance classroom communication. By amplifying the teacher’s voice, the system aims to improve student concentration, comprehension, and participation.
During the gathering, organizers provided a demonstration regarding the usage and importance of the technology in a modern educational setting. Principals and representatives from the receiving schools collected the equipment and the corresponding instructional contracts. The Redcat LightSpeed system is intended to create a better learning environment for both educators and students.
The effectiveness of the initiative is supported by data from St. Paulus School, which has utilized the system for the past three years. The school reported that the implementation has led to improved student academic results and higher levels of participation in class. According to the institution, the audio system contributes significantly to a more effective and interactive teaching atmosphere.
By working together, Quota International of Aruba and Fundacion FEPOH aim to strengthen the quality of teaching and foster an inclusive environment for all students in Aruba.
