Open Water Qualifier aligns with her ministry’s vision to invest in sports as an essential tool for social development, providing opportunities for youth, and positioning Aruba on the international sports map.
“We are proud to have been chosen to host an event of this caliber. This confirms that we are on the right path to further developing sports and creating opportunities for our athletes,” said Minister Croes.
The Minister also congratulated all the athletes who participated, especially those who achieved outstanding results by qualifying for the C.A.C. (Central American and Caribbean Games). Special thanks were extended to Panam Aquatics and the Aruba Aquatics Federation for their trust in Aruba as a host.
A special word of recognition went to all the volunteers and officials who made the event a total success with their commitment and dedication.
