The 11th Battalion of the Air Mobile Brigade has engaged in intensive training over the past several weeks, specifically targeting all processes related to fire support. The training, designated “Caribbean Fires,” incorporated the utilization of Fire Support Teams (FST), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and 81mm mortars.
Working in cooperation with the company from the West, the unit executed realistic scenarios designed to simulate combat conditions. Key components of the program included a three-day “Live Fire Exercise” and a “Final Training Exercise” challenge designed as a continuous 24-hour operation.
During the Final Training Exercise, the primary focus was placed on executing convoy operations and establishing and manning observation posts. Central themes throughout these activities were cooperation, flexibility, and effective operational action.
