ORANJESTAD (AAN) – A woman was injured early Tuesday morning after losing control of her vehicle and crashing into a utility pole near the airport overpass in Mahuma.
Police and ambulance personnel responded to the scene after receiving reports of a traffic accident involving an injured person.
According to initial information, the female driver was traveling north when her vehicle reportedly skidded while negotiating a curve, causing her to lose control before striking a light pole.
Paramedics treated the injured driver at the scene. No further information about her condition or the cause of the accident was immediately released.
