S.V. Caiquetio miniturf plans have been approved under the FIFA Arena program, bringing a new artificial field to Paradera.
Project becomes Aruba’s third FIFA Arena field
The field follows earlier installations at S.V. United and S.V. Unistars. Sports Minister Gerlien Croes said FIFA approved the investment after visiting the Paradera facility and considering the needs of the neighborhood and nearby schools.
Partnership supports youth sports
The project brings together the Ministry of Sport, Arubaanse Voetbal Bond, FIFA and Lotto pa Deporte. Club representatives said children and schools that already use the larger field will benefit from the artificial surface. AVB president Randolf Lacle called on the community to support the club.
