The SETAR One-Page Invoice will officially be introduced beginning in June 2026, providing customers with a simpler and more user-friendly billing experience.

According to SETAR, invoices with a payment due date of July 8, 2026, will be issued in the new single-page format for customers who receive their bills at home. The change will apply to all customers.

The SETAR One-Page Invoice has been designed to present payment information in a clearer and more accessible format, making it easier for customers to review the amount due and key account details.

Customers who require additional information about their accounts can continue accessing comprehensive billing details through the MiSetar platform.

Through MiSetar, users can:

  • View the complete invoice breakdown.
  • Review payment details.
  • Access call records and usage information when included in their service package.

The SETAR One-Page Invoice will also be available through the SETAR mobile application, where customers can view both current and previous invoices, similar to the existing service.

SETAR explained that the initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to modernize customer services, encourage the use of digital platforms, and reduce paper consumption.

By implementing the SETAR One-Page Invoice, the company aims to improve efficiency while providing a more convenient billing experience for customers.

SETAR stated that its commitment remains focused on innovation and digital transformation, ensuring customers stay connected and informed through services that adapt to their evolving needs.

The launch of the SETAR One-Page Invoice represents another step in the company’s strategy to enhance customer experience while promoting environmentally friendly and efficient digital solutions.
