A San Nicolas drug overdose incident was reported on Tuesday morning after a woman at a bar in San Nicolas began exhibiting strange behavior and foaming at the mouth. Police and ambulances were immediately dispatched to the scene in response to the emergency call.

Upon arrival, the woman was found acting erratically and exhibiting unusual symptoms. The officers requested an ambulance, and when the medical team arrived, they confirmed that the woman had taken a substance that caused her to behave irregularly. She was promptly attended to by paramedics and transported directly to the hospital for further treatment.

The San Nicolas drug overdose incident highlights the risks of drug use and the importance of quick medical intervention. Authorities are investigating the situation further to determine which substance was involved.
