Bachelor’s thesis defended
Meritza van der Biezen earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Aruba’s Organization, Governance and Management program after successfully defending a thesis on September 30.
Study focused on short-term rentals
The thesis examined policy and regulatory responses to non-resident property investment in short-term vacation rentals and considered the effects of that activity on Aruba’s residential housing market.
Graduation committee named
The graduation committee consisted of Niels Wiskerke, Ahmet Talan and Nilo Swaen. The source also recognized the OGM faculty and professionals who supported the student during the degree program.
