Three key moments in May: Prime Minister Mr. Mike Eman will participate in three important events that will mark this month for Aruba, all focused on strengthening international relations, cooperation within the Dutch Kingdom, and Aruba’s position in the region. Aruba delegation at inauguration of new President of Costa Rica – One of the first important moments will be Aruba’s participation in the official inauguration ceremony of the new President of Costa Rica, Laura Fernández Delgado. Prime Minister Eman will head an official delegation for the event during the first week of May. The relationship between Aruba and Costa Rica dates back many years and is of great strategic value. Official visit of Dutch Prime Minister to Aruba – Another key event will be the official visit of the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Rob Jetten, which will take place in the Caribbean region between May 8 and 14, including Aruba on May 12 and 13. This is his first visit as Prime Minister to the Caribbean part of the Kingdom and underscores the importance the Dutch cabinet places on strong collaboration between the countries. International agenda in the Netherlands and participation in official installation – Finally, Prime Minister Eman will travel to the Netherlands later in May to support several important meetings with new members of the Dutch Government. The agenda includes meetings with key figures to continue and strengthen relations within the Kingdom, as well as participation in the official installation ceremony of Minister Plenipotentiary Mildred Schwengle in The Hague.
