ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Diamonds International Payroll Training has strengthened the professional skills of several management team members following two specialised courses delivered by VCC International.

The participating managers completed training in the Payroll Pro HRM Portal and Payroll Pro Human Resources systems.

Some members of the Diamonds International team travelled to Aruba specifically to attend the courses, which were delivered by instructor Ryan Reeberg.

Managers Complete Two Professional Courses

The training programme focused on two components of the Payroll Pro HRM platform.

The Payroll Pro HRM Portal supports communication and administrative processes involving employees, managers and human resources departments.

The Human Resources course provided participants with additional knowledge of the tools available for managing employee information and workplace processes.

Payroll Pro HRM is an integrated payroll and human resources software solution developed for businesses operating in Aruba and the wider Dutch Caribbean.

Platform Supports Everyday HR Tasks

The Payroll Pro employee and manager portals allow authorised users to complete several workplace processes digitally.

Depending on the organisation’s setup, employees may be able to:

  • View and download payslips;
  • Access wage tax documents;
  • Review personal information;
  • Report sickness;
  • Submit vacation requests;
  • Communicate directly with the HR department.

Managers and human resources personnel can review employee requests, approve or reject leave applications and manage information through defined approval procedures.

Training Builds Internal Expertise

Completing the courses gives the Diamonds International management team greater familiarity with the software used to manage payroll and human resources processes.

Professional training can help managers use the platform more consistently, respond to employee requests and reduce mistakes when handling workplace information.

It can also support the company’s transition toward more efficient digital administration by reducing dependence on paper-based processes.

The training provider describes Payroll Pro HRM as suitable for businesses ranging from small companies to multinational organisations operating across different industries.

Participants Receive Certificates

Certificates were awarded to:

  • Grushenca Arends;
  • Rosalie Duchene;
  • Nicole Trim.

The certificates recognise their successful completion of the Payroll Pro HRM Portal and Payroll Pro Human Resources courses.

The participants are now better prepared to use the applications professionally as part of their management and administrative responsibilities.

VCC International Provides Business Software Training

VCC International provides payroll, human resources, accounting and enterprise software solutions to organisations throughout the Dutch Caribbean.

The Aruba-based company states that it serves more than 700 clients and provides local implementation, support and training for its business software products.

Its Payroll Pro HRM platform is used by organisations in Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and other regional markets.

Training courses help clients understand system functions, apply updates and use digital tools more effectively within their individual workplaces.

The Diamonds International Payroll Training achievement reflects the company’s investment in management development and more efficient human resources administration.

Diamonds International and VCC International congratulated Arends, Duchene and Trim on successfully completing the courses and receiving their professional certificates.
