PALM BEACH (AAN) – Police responded early Thursday morning after receiving reports of a vehicle improperly parked and blocking the access road between the Hyatt Regency Aruba and Barcelo Resort area.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed that the vehicle was obstructing traffic and preventing drivers from passing through the busy hotel zone.
Authorities requested a tow truck after they were initially unable to locate the vehicle owner.
As the tow truck prepared to remove the vehicle, the owner unexpectedly arrived at the scene.
Police issued the driver a fine for blocking access and causing inconvenience to motorists and nearby traffic before allowing the owner to recover the vehicle.
Officials reminded drivers to avoid illegal parking in high-traffic tourist areas to prevent disruptions and traffic congestion.
