Aruba maximum prices for a selection of essential grocery products will change on October 10 under a ministerial regulation published this week.
Seven product groups included
The notice covers selected packages and brands of rice, coffee, baby food, edible oil, powdered milk, evaporated milk and flour. Both retailer and consumer maximum prices are listed for the specified items.
Products named in the notice include Brilhante rice, Douwe Egberts and McDaniels coffee, Gerber baby food, Madeiros cooking oils, Anchor whole milk powder, Ginger Evans evaporated milk and Ginger Evans all-purpose flour.
Prices apply to specified sizes and brands
The limits are item-specific, so shoppers and retailers should consult the official table for the exact brand, package size and applicable amount. For example, the consumer maximum listed for a 300-gram package of Anchor instant whole milk powder is Afl. 12.23, while an 800-gram package is listed at Afl. 21.53.
The published table also lists a consumer maximum of Afl. 5.96 for a five-pound package of Ginger Evans all-purpose flour. These figures take effect on October 10, 2026.
The complete price table is available in the original AWE24 notice.
