ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Registration is open for an Effective Management course designed for teachers, school leaders and other education professionals in Aruba.
Training covers leadership and school organization
The Education Ministry said the program provides practical tools for leadership, assertive communication, time and resource planning, conflict resolution and creation of a positive work environment.
The course is intended to help participants strengthen communication with colleagues, students and parents, manage difficult school situations constructively and reduce daily workload pressure through improved planning.
First group runs through November
According to 24ora, the first group began September 9 and continues through November. The professional-development center at Instituto Pedagogico Arubano and Aruba’s Education Department are delivering the training through Learning Cities Aruba. It is separate from other recently announced Learning Cities workshops.
