On Friday afternoon, an emergency report was filed regarding an incident at Caya Solo in which a man had fallen into a well. In response to the call, both police and ambulance units were immediately directed to the scene. Additionally, the fire department’s rescue team was deployed to assist with the extraction efforts.
Upon the arrival of law enforcement, it was determined that the victim was a 65-year-old man who had arrived at the location to perform work duties. According to the information gathered at the scene, the man slipped and fell into the pit. The well was found to have a depth of approximately three meters.
Firefighters utilized a rope system to hoist the man out of the well. He was lifted onto a rescue bed to facilitate his removal from the pit. Once he was brought up to solid ground, the victim was transferred from the rescue equipment onto an ambulance stretcher. He was then attended to by medical staff before being transported to a hospital for further treatment.
