ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Aruba Epilepsy TV Program Launches as Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba introduces a new television series titled “Bo No Ta Bo So,” meaning “You Are Not Alone.” The program will premiere on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 8:45 p.m. on Telearuba, with new episodes scheduled to air every Tuesday.

The program has been created to provide reliable information, improve public understanding and raise awareness about epilepsy throughout Aruba. Through open and educational discussions, viewers will learn more about the neurological condition, hear accurate explanations from professionals and better understand the experiences of people and families affected by epilepsy.

Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba said one of the main goals of the new television series is to challenge myths and reduce the fear or misunderstanding that can surround epilepsy. The organization hopes that presenting clear information in an accessible format will help the community respond with greater knowledge, compassion and confidence.

Different episodes of “Bo No Ta Bo So” will feature doctors, medical specialists, people living with epilepsy and parents caring for children with the condition. Guests will share professional knowledge, practical advice and personal experiences that may help viewers recognize the realities of living with epilepsy.

The program will be hosted by Jasmin Wever, public relations representative for Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba. She will present the series on behalf of the foundation and guide conversations intended to make medical information easier for the public to understand.

Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba believes that personal stories will be an important part of the program. By allowing individuals and families to speak openly about their experiences, the series aims to show that people affected by epilepsy are not alone and that the condition can be discussed without shame or fear.

Aruba Epilepsy TV Program Launches with an invitation for the entire community to watch, including people who live with epilepsy, relatives supporting someone with the condition and residents who simply want to become better informed. The foundation is also encouraging viewers to share details about the program with family members, friends and colleagues.

The organization expressed special appreciation to Telearuba and its director, Giovanni Kock, for providing the opportunity and support needed to make the television project possible. It also thanked Leo Vrolijk, producer of “Bo No Ta Bo So,” and the wider Telearuba team involved in preparing and recording the episodes.

Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba hopes the series will reach a broad audience and contribute to a more informed and supportive society. By combining medical expertise with real-life experiences, the program seeks to create greater understanding of epilepsy and encourage respectful conversations throughout the island.

Residents can watch “Bo No Ta Bo So” every Tuesday at 8:45 p.m. on Telearuba. Additional information and program updates will be available through Fundacion Epilepsia Aruba’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
