Police Detain Suspects After Seroe Colorado Shooting : The Aruba Police Force detained several suspects shortly after a shooting incident took place in Seroe Colorado on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the police, central dispatch received a call at approximately 12:06 PM from a man reporting that he was being followed by a blue KIA car with four men inside. The victim stated that the suspects fired shots in his direction, resulting in his vehicle being hit.
Immediately following the report, police dispatch deployed several patrols from San Nicolas and other units to the scene. Upon arrival on the road leading to Secrets Baby Beach Aruba, officers located the driver, who provided a detailed description of the vehicle and its occupants.
Based on the received information, authorities launched an intensive search. The blue KIA was located near Isaac Wagemakerstraat and confiscated for further investigation. Police successfully detained two suspects on Dirkszstraat and a third suspect on Isaac Wagemakerstraat.
All suspects were transported to the San Nicolas police station for presentation to the public prosecutor. Detectives and technical police have secured the scene to continue the investigation. The police force commended the rapid coordination of the units, noting that the quick response was crucial in apprehending the suspects.
