ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Information from Trinidad & Tobago revealed that the highly anticipated Sagicor Annual Awards Ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad & Tobago under the theme “Legacy Amplified.”
The special evening brought together top advisors, leaders, and team members from Aruba and Trinidad & Tobago to celebrate outstanding performances and long-term commitment during 2025.
Awards were presented to members of Sagicor’s business divisions in Aruba and Trinidad & Tobago. Aruba’s team was proudly led by General Manager Randall Croes and Sales Manager Sonja Velthuizen.
The celebration began with a tribute to Sagicor Life Inc. President and CEO Robert Trestrail, recognizing employees who completed 20, 25, and 30 years of service within the organization.
Following dinner, the focus shifted to top-performing advisors and agents. Chief Revenue Officer Paul Inniss and Vice President of Sales Jacinto Martinez presented awards honoring exceptional achievements in production and client acquisition.
The evening’s highest honors reflected the spirit of “Legacy Amplified,” celebrating individuals whose performances elevated the organization during 2025.
Main award winners included:
- Club of Honor: Natalia Marquez-Hidalgo, Shameeza van Loon, Fatima Bernier, and Leila Faustin.
- Best Agent in Annualized Net Premiums and Net Commissions: Gregory Lyder.
- Best Agent in Persistency: Leila Faustin.
- Advisor of the Year: Shameeza van Loon.
The 2026 Annual Awards ceremony highlighted Sagicor’s commitment to excellence and recognized the individuals continuing to strengthen the company’s legacy through dedication and strong performance.
