In an alarming escalation, the woman drove all the way to Wayaca with the young man hanging on the car. On the Wayaca Falls road, she allegedly attempted to ram the vehicle into another car, striking the young man with malicious intent.

Bystanders at a nearby restaurant witnessed the situation and called police when the young man began screaming for help. Patrol officers responded immediately and confirmed the woman was under the influence of alcohol.

Traffic police were dispatched to take statements from both parties, and the woman was prohibited from continuing to drive. Police later visited Santa Martha to assess the damage to the vehicle.
