SANTA CRUZ (AAN): The Aruba Police Force (KPA) has officially launched its Vitality Program following a successful pilot phase in 2025. The initiative, themed “Fit to Protect, Ready to Serve,” places strong emphasis on the well-being of police personnel.
The KPA Vitality Program Aruba will run until the end of 2027 and includes a series of specialized activities aimed at improving both physical and mental health. Key components of the program include wellness weeks, health-focused sessions, medical check-ups, and mental health evaluations.
To introduce the program, KPA organized several kickoff sessions last week. These sessions focused on team-building, awareness, and education related to physical and mental health. Participation among staff was high, with officers engaging enthusiastically in the activities.
The initiative reflects KPA’s commitment to placing its personnel at the center of its operations, recognizing that a healthy workforce is essential for effective service and public safety.
Through the KPA Vitality Program Aruba, the police force aims to strengthen resilience, improve overall well-being, and ensure that officers are fit and ready to serve the community.
