The YOU Inc Seminar Aruba 2026 will focus on the future of Aruba’s creative industry and the growing importance of the Orange Economy.

Organized by the Rotaract Club of Aruba, the 11th edition of the annual seminar will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Aruba Bank Parking Lot in San Nicolas.

The YOU Inc. Seminar Aruba 2026 will explore how creativity, talent, intellectual property, and entrepreneurship can contribute to Aruba’s economic development. Under the theme “Protect Your Creativity, Own Your Future,” the seminar aims to inspire creatives, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and community leaders.

For the first time in several years, the event will move away from the traditional ballroom setting and instead be held outdoors in San Nicolas, known as Aruba’s art capital. Organizers say the new concept reflects the seminar’s creative focus and promotes a more open and community-centered atmosphere.

The program will cover three main topics:

  • Monetizing Creativity
  • Intellectual Property & Business Experience
  • The Vision for Aruba’s Creative Industry

The keynote speaker will be Lincoln “Dello” Gomez, who will discuss the importance of protecting creative ideas, understanding intellectual property rights, and building successful creative businesses.

The seminar will also feature several local voices from Aruba’s creative sector, including Mauro Caralps, Julissa Ras, Rocco Franken, Sharkk Gario, Ronchi de Cuba, Edjean Semeleer, Armando Goedgedrag, and Tito Bolivar.

Rotaract Club of Aruba stated that the annual YOU Inc. platform continues to encourage personal development, entrepreneurship, and innovation while supporting the long-term growth of Aruba’s creative economy.
