ORANJESTAD (AAN): Utilities Aruba NV employee safety improvements have been implemented to ensure a safer and healthier working environment, according to Utilities Aruba NV Director Joseph Everon.
Everon explained that since the introduction of the new management team, several changes have been made to improve conditions for employees, especially now that the incinerator facility is fully operational. The company is committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace, and Utilities Aruba NV employee safety improvements reflect that priority.
Among the upgrades are improved cafeteria facilities, renovated locker rooms, and shower areas that allow employees to clean up before heading home. Utilities Aruba NV has also provided washing machines and dryers so employees can leave work clothing at the facility, preventing contamination from being taken home. Additional improvements have been made to office spaces as part of the Utilities Aruba NV employee safety improvements.
Everon stated that further enhancements are planned in the next phase to continue strengthening employee well-being.
He also emphasized that all staff members, including those already employed, must complete mandatory training before working at the facility. Ongoing safety and hygiene training sessions are provided to ensure employees can continue working in a safe and healthy environment at all times. These training initiatives are a key component of the Utilities Aruba NV employee safety improvements.
