According to the Cuerpo Policial di Aruba, the investigation was led by researchers from the Department of Youth and Morals (JZP), with support from the Oranjestad district. The suspects are a 21-year-old woman with the surname K., born in Aruba, and a 14-year-old minor, also with the surname K.
