The 2026 edition boasts impressive participation numbers, with 23 individual runners attempting to complete the grueling distance solo, 63 duos partnering up, and 166 relay teams sharing the workload. Organizers emphasized that safety remains a top priority, with volunteers, security personnel, and medical teams deployed across the island to ensure a coordinated and secure experience for all participants.
