RIU Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its premium tourism offering in the Caribbean with the introduction of the RIU Palace Aruba Elite Club, following an extensive renovation of its Palm Beach property.
The renovation, representing an investment of approximately 110 million Aruban florins, has now been completed. The changes are visible throughout RIU Palace Aruba, which was previously known as Aruba Palm Beach Resort and, before that, Aruba Sheraton Hotel.
During a tour of the renovated resort on Tuesday morning, the hotel presented its new Elite Club concept. The premium service is offered at selected RIU Palace hotels and is reserved exclusively for adult guests.
A total of 31 rooms with some of the resort’s best views have been transformed into Elite Club accommodations. Each of these rooms includes a private pool, offering guests a more exclusive and personalized experience.
Guests staying in the RIU Palace Aruba Elite Club rooms will also have access to an exclusive restaurant and a dedicated beachfront sunbathing area with bar service.
The upgraded experience includes a cocktail lounge in the hotel lobby, where Elite Club guests can enjoy a selection of exclusive premium beverages.
The introduction of the new adults-only segment forms part of RIU’s effort to expand its luxury services and strengthen its position within Aruba’s premium Caribbean tourism market.
