ORANJESTAD (AAN): Minister of Justice, Integration, Public Transport, and Energy, Mr. Arthur Dowers, paid an official visit to Rotterdam, Netherlands, on Monday. During his visit, he had an important meeting with Mayor Carola Schouten of Rotterdam.
