ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Aruba Minister of Public Health Mervin Wyatt-Ras visited the Alfahulp department at Wit Gele Kruis on Thursday morning to learn more about the organization’s home care services and their impact on the community.
During the working visit, the minister met with representatives of Wit Gele Kruis to discuss the services provided by Alfahulp and the importance of personalized home care in promoting well-being, independence and a better quality of life for clients.
Alfahulp offers light home care assistance to senior citizens and adults living independently who are unable to receive support from family members. The service helps clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
The visit highlighted the government’s continued interest in supporting healthcare initiatives that improve the quality of life for Aruba’s aging population.
