Horacio Oduber Hospital presented the Maryann Donata HOH award, naming Donata its August 2026 Employee of the Month.
Hospital recognized 16 years of service
Donata began at HOH as an EPI intern 16 years ago and later worked in debtors, admissions and creditors departments. She now works in financial administration, where the hospital credited her with careful handling of confidential information and support for colleagues.
Colleagues surprised her with the honor
Donata was called to an urgent meeting and found family, team and board members waiting to present the recognition. HOH highlighted her work during implementation of the HiX system and a new cash module, as well as her ongoing Middle Management studies.
