ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Two naturalization ceremonies were recently held at the Ballroom of the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort, where a group of individuals were granted Dutch nationality.
Governor Alfonso Boekhoudt of Aruba was present to oversee the ceremony. The naturalization event marks the final step in a long process, emphasizing the importance of respecting the rights and obligations associated with Dutch nationality.
Participation in the naturalization ceremony is the last compulsory step in obtaining Dutch nationality, as outlined in the “Rijkswet op het Nederlanderschap” (Dutch Nationality Act).
