ORANJESTAD (AAN) – The Department of Integration, Management and Admission of Foreigners (DIMAS) has announced that its Helpdesk service will temporarily operate from MFA Noord and will be available exclusively to individuals with confirmed appointments.
To ensure service continuity and minimize inconvenience for clients, DIMAS has established a temporary location at MFA Noord where Helpdesk services will continue during this period.
The temporary relocation also provides an opportunity for DIMAS to evaluate and test a service model that is closer to the community. During the trial period, the department will assess customer experience, accessibility of the location, and the feasibility of expanding government services to additional neighborhoods in the future.
The goal is to make public services more accessible, convenient, and closer to the people who rely on them.
Starting June 18, individuals with confirmed Helpdesk appointments will be assisted at MFA Noord according to their scheduled times. DIMAS is requesting that only those with confirmed appointments visit the temporary location to ensure an orderly and efficient process.
Meanwhile, the department continues to work actively to maintain service continuity and evaluate initiatives that can contribute to the modernization of public services for the benefit of the community.
DIMAS thanked the public for its cooperation and expressed its commitment to developing government services that are more accessible and responsive to residents’ daily needs.
