ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Fundacion Centro di Bario Noord hosted the closing event “Fiesta Comunitario Bailabel” to conclude its 55th-anniversary celebrations. The gathering brought together the local community of Noord and residents from across Aruba for an evening focused on music, dance, and cultural unity.
According to the foundation, the successful closing event was the culmination of a year of festivities. Throughout the anniversary period, the center organized various activities, including the Sesosport and a scavenger hunt held last year, creating unique moments for youth, adults, and families in the community.
Organizers expressed deep gratitude to all individuals, companies, and volunteers who contributed to the event’s success. Special recognition was given to Sharine and her Taxi Dancers for their spectacular energy and entertainment, as well as to media figures Juancito, Mimi, Enfoke, and Arthur for their promotional support.
The foundation highlighted the essential role of volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to the event, noting it would not have been possible without their commitment. Sponsors were also thanked for their generous contributions, which demonstrated how community and business collaboration can achieve positive results for Aruba.
Looking back with pride on 55 years of service, the members of Centro di Bario Noord stated they look forward to continuing to build memories and opportunities for the people of Aruba in the future.
